SACM has acted as a Skilled Person since 2009 and as ‘expert’ for other skilled person firms.

Stephen Atkins is the Managing Director; he has worked with the regulator’s practitioner panels and consultations. He assists lenders and intermediaries with their compliance planning and preparation for, or responses to, communications and visits by the regulators.

He also provides a ‘shadow’ NED service for early warnings to firms of regulatory issues, the regulators’ approach to risk and their expectations.
